How and when do I gain access to the platform?
Login details and the access link to the virtual conference platform will be sent to the email address provided during registration the week before the conference. Should you have any trouble locating the link or your login details, please email us on [email protected]
What will I need to participate in the conference?
For best results we recommend connecting with a Laptop or PC (ideally not an iPad, tablet or Mac) Ensure your connection is minimum 5Mbps for both upload and download. You can check your internet speed at https://www.speedtest.net/
Wired connection will provide you with a more consistent connection. If viewing on a laptop, your inbuilt webcam will suffice. Optimum browsers to use are Google Chrome or Microsoft Chromium. Safari is not compatible.
Please consider any firewalls that maybe set on your network as this may impact on your ability to access presentations. We recommend you may like to have an off network device to view the conference.
What are the Mainstage presentations?
Join us on the mainstage on Tuesday and Wednesday with some fantastic live presentations and panel discussions. These sessions will be accessible from the timeline. Please note that some of our main stage presenters will only be available during their live timeslot and not able to be watched later. We will update this field once all consent provided.
How do I get help during the event?
If you are having any technical difficulties or need other assistance during the conference sessions, click on the Live Support button at top right hand side of your screen which will be active from 9.30am each day.
How do I export my notes from the event?
Any notes you take during sessions can be exported at the end of the conference and emailed to your registered email address.
Will I be able to view the presentations after the conference has finished?
All of the presentations* within the conference streams and the presentation gallery will be available in the portal for 3 months following the conference for on-demand viewing.
